Capacity is limited to 30 unique participants total. One participant attending multiple days still counts as one seat. Registration closes August 28, 2026, subject to availability.

Price: $375 per participant, per selected workshop day.

LodgingLodging is not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodations. ANWTC may provide general local lodging information as a convenience, but participants are responsible for making their own reservations.

Parking and accessNo parking permit is required. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking is available near campus buildings.

MealsLight morning refreshments and lunch will be provided each day.

Check-inSeptember 9 registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The summit begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. September 10 and 11 run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Final building, room, and arrival instructions will be emailed to registered participants before the event.

What to bringANWTC will provide notepads and workshop materials. Participants may bring a laptop or tablet if they prefer, but one is not required.

Cancellation and substitution policy: Participant substitutions are allowed at no additional cost when ANWTC receives the replacement participant name and contact information. Final cancellation and refund terms are pending confirmation.
